Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a unique professional relationship that exists between supervisor, supervisee and client.  In addition to assisting you to learn the art and craft of therapeutic practice I am expected, as your supervisor, to monitor the quality of care your clients receive.

I maintain an LPC-S credential which permits me to supervise those who have an LPC-A as they move towards full licensure.  In order to determine if I would be a good fit for you I prefer that we meet initially to address theoretical styles and other elements of counseling.  If we agree to work together our next task would be to devise a supervision plan that would meet not only the standards of the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, but also your professional goals and needs.
